You will need to purchase a domain name and web hosting. Read more in this article Before You Start.

Unfortunately not – all our themes are built for self-hosted WordPress.org sites using the KadenceWP free parent theme. This means you will need a hosting provider to host your website.

Yes, all our templates are fully responsive and look great on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

You are able to customise all aspects of the themes – from fonts to colours and all the content (images and text) within any page and post.

Yes – you can install an ecommerce plugin such as WooCommerce with any of our themes, or integrate the Shopify Buy Button, or any other WordPress compatible ecommerce solution.

Yes, they are all free images from websites such as Pexels and Unsplash. The icons found in some of the child themes are from The Noun Project can be used, but need to be credited. All the details are on the Credits page.

All the fonts are free, but can easily be changed for paid fonts after purchase

No – our themes are designed to be easy to use, even for beginners.

Not all of the themes come with Canva templates, but for the ones that do, you can use the free version of Canva to edit them.

Payments and Refunds

We accept major credit/debit cards for secure and easy checkout.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to get in touch with any questions beforehand.

Yes, all payments are processed through Stripe, which is a secure payment gateway. We do not store any of your payment details.

It is a one-time fee.

Getting Started

Immediately after purchase you will get an email with the details of your order, along with a link to download a single zipped file. You will need to unzip that file, and inside it you will find a zipped copy of your child theme, and any associated Canva templates. Only unzip the first .zip file, do not unzip the child theme itself (it must be uploaded to WordPress as a .zip file). You will also have access to all your downloads inside your Over The Moon Creative account.

These Kadence child themes work really well when installed on websites that have a copy of WordPress installed on them (self hosting). They don’t work on WordPress sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

Once you have installed your theme, you will then be able to customise it to you liking. You can add your own logo, fonts, brand colours, images and text. If you need help with this please have a look at our Theme Customisation Service.

Each theme purchase is licensed for use on up to 2 of your own websites only – these may be personal or business websites. If you’d like to use it on multiple sites, you’ll need to purchase additional licences. You may not redistribute the theme to anyone else.

Yes, since our templates are KadenceWP child themes, you’ll need to have the free KadenceWP parent theme installed on your website first. You do not need the Kadence Pro theme in order to use our templates.

After downloading your template, you can upload it through your WordPress dashboard under “Appearance > Themes.” We provide detailed installation instructions and a video here.

Yes, we offer support via our support portal for any issues related to the installation and setup of your template. If you need help with installation or theme customisation, please have a look at the Work With Me page.

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.

After you purchase your theme, you’ll want to read our support documentation to help you get everything set up. If you are struggling, you can submit a support ticket. We are here to help get your website up like the demo. Anything above this is considered a customisation so may require a customisation fee.

No, our templates are for personal or business use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared.
